PIXIE AI in ChatGPT
PIXIE AI provides hair education and guidance within ChatGPT. This version does not connect to our Wix mailing list or send your conversation to us through an external integration. OpenAI handles ChatGPT information under its own privacy policy and your account settings. If you email us or separately submit information on our website, we receive what you choose to provide there.

Retention
We keep mailing-list information while you remain subscribed and review the active list annually. After 24 months without engagement, we seek renewed confirmation or remove the contact from active marketing. After an unsubscribe request, we stop marketing and may keep a minimal record to honor that choice. Other records are kept as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact mariesimone7@mac.com. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. Available rights depend on your location, and we may need to verify your request.
