If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
We take quality very seriously. Our products are made with the finest materials available anywhere in the world. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us at email@example.com and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48 - 72 hours. We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. After leaving our headquarters, UPS typically delivers in 5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but would not require additional shipping charges.
Once the package has left Shisalon and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors or other unforeseen shipping courier related delay.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Typically it arrives sooner, but customs do have the right to hold items. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs customs to you.
Keep in mind that what you pay online for your order, does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. For more information about what duties and taxes may be applicable,we recommend contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package we may refund the order less any shipping paid.
It is our intent to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

If there a problems with your order (not received, or not what you were expecting, etc. )Please contact us and we will make it right for you. Our objective is to make you happy and we’ll always try our best to resolve any situations that comes up.
If you receive a damaged item, shoot us an email. We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
We can not be responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns & exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Shisalon.
